Terms of services

All listed prices are for personal use only. For commercial use, please contact me to discuss licensing and pricing.
No cancellations or refunds will be accepted once the sketch has been approved or the artwork has been completed.
Prices for international clients are listed in USD and follow standard commission rates.
I reserve the right to refuse any commission that is too complex, outside my art style, or against my policies.
Additional revisions beyond the agreed amount may incur extra fees, depending on the scope of the changes.
Requests without clear visual references that require concept development (theme, vibe, mood board, or written description) will be subject to an additional design fee
Do not use my artwork for AI training or generation, including Stable Diffusion, OpenAI, MidJourney, or any other AI-related tools.

Please provide clear references, descriptions, and details to ensure the artwork matches your expectations.
Estimated completion time is 1–4 weeks, depending on complexity and my current workload.
Final artwork will be delivered in high resolution (up to 8K). Specific ratios or formats can be requested.
Finished files will be delivered via Google Drive or another agreed method.

Full payment is required before I begin any commission.
Payments are accepted only through PayPal invoices sent from my official email.
Any applicable transaction or service fees are the responsibility of the client.

I retain full rights to the artwork and may display it in my portfolio or on social media.
Clients may not claim ownership, resell, modify, or redistribute the artwork without my permission, unless otherwise agreed.
